| Question: Can I place an order without being a registered user? |
Answer: No. You must register with us either online, only if you are an existing customer, or call us so we can set you up.

| Question: Can I view my order status online? |
Answer: Yes. Logon and then click the 'Order Status' menu option.

| Question: What if I need to order an item that is not shown on your website? |
Answer: In your "shopping cart" there is a note that says "click here to add a special item to your cart". Click on this and it will take you back to "my catalog" where there is an option to order special enclosures.
