The Shopping Cart feature of this web site allows you to review the items you have selected to order and ultimately place an order.
To add an item to your Shopping Cart you must:
- Be a registered, logged in Austin Company customer.
- Locate the item in the online catalog or use the search feature to find the item you are looking for.
- Enter the quantity of the item you wish to purchase. You can order multiple items at once by entering the quatities for each item on the current catalog page and then clicking the Order button.
- Click the Order button. This will
take you to the Shopping Cart view screen.
To modify your order:
- You can adjust the quantities of each item you have in your shopping cart.
- Once you have adjusted your quantities click the Update Quantities button to make the changes.
- The screen will refresh and display
the new information
To remove an item from your Shopping Cart:
- Check the Remove Item box on the row of the item you wish to remove. Multiple items can be removed at once.
- Click the Removed Selected button.
The checked items will be removed and the screen will be
refreshed.
Some additional features are:
- When placing an order for an item
you can check the My Catalog box and this single item will
be added to your own custom catalog where you can keep the
items you order most often. You then order from My Catalog
the same as from the Full Catalog by entering a quantity and
clicking the Order button.
