| Payment Terms: |
Net 30 days. 2% discount is available if invoice is paid by the 10th of the month following the date of invoice. Invoice dates after the 25th of the month may be considered as the next month's invoice. Payment must-be received no later than the 15th for the discount to be applied. |

Minimum orders are $50 net plus freight charges. |

| Freight Terms: |
All shipments are made F.O.B. The Austin Company factory or warehouse. Freight charges are prepaid and allowed on $1500 net cost or more shipped by an Austin approved freight carrier in a single shipment to a single destination in the contiguous United States. Please contact the factory for freight terms on shipments outside the contiguous United States. Specially manufactured items can be combined with standard products for freight allowance if the order is scheduled for one shipment only. |

Catalog weights and dimensions are approximate and subject to change without notice. |

| Delivery: |
All deliveries are estimated of required production time based on date of order entry. Shipping schedules are dependent upon receipt of all details pertinent to an order. Delays in furnishing complete information may result in shipment extensions. |

| Quotations: |
Written and verbal quotations will automatically expire 30 days from date quoted unless specifically extended in writing. |

| Order Acceptance: |
All orders are subject to these "Terms and Conditions". All orders will be invoiced at current published prices. |

| Order Cancellation: |
Orders placed with The Austin Company can be cancelled only with our express approval, and with the understanding that the Austin Company will be reimbursed for expenses resulting from the cancellation. |

| Warranties: |
The Austin Company warrants manufactured products to be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 1 year from date of invoice. Under no circumstances will credit be given for unauthorized rework or repair by the customer. |

|
| Liability: |
The Austin Company's liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. Under no circumstances will The Austin Company be help responsible for more than the price of the product. |

|
| Damage Claims: |
Upon delivery of goods to the freight carrier, The Austin Company relinquishes responsibility for damage or loss of product. Any claims must be filed by the customer with the appropriate freight carrier. The Austin Company will assist the customer in securing a satisfactory resolution of any claim. |

|
| Returned Products: |
With written permission, only stock items invoiced within the previous 12 months may be returned. Upon receipt and inspection, a credit memo will be issued for the original price, less a minimum 20% restocking charge. In the event that the material is not in salable condition, an additional charge may be required. Specially manufactured products are not returnable under any circumstances. Transportation costs of returned products will be at the customers expense.
